SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and refunds are not given unless I, Designer Wink shipped damaged or incorrect products. In the case of receiving damaged or incorrect products you must inform Designer Wink within 24 hours of receiving your order to receive a full refund. I, Designer Wink will not be responsible for the improper use of products or unpackaging which can result in damage and etc. ALL disputes will be challenged and by continuing your purchase you agree to the terms and conditions of Designer Winks website.

• If you are receiving a refund it will be through the website and takes about a week to reflect on to your account, depending on your bank.

• If you are unsatisfied with your order due to but not limited to you purchasing incorrect item or lash style, , I Designer Wink will not be held responsible. Please double check all orders before completing payment. 

All products are shipped through USPS, priority shipping which takes about 1-3 days. I, Designer Wink am not responsible for missing, stolen, damaged or misplaced packages once they are shipped. Please contact your local USPS if need be. Hand-made strips have a production time of about 1-5 days (may differ if sale is occurring) which does not include shipping time. Pickup is Tuesday-Saturday 11-5pm, Sundays & Mondays closed.

• Valid first and last name must be placed when ordering or your order will be canceled and a refund will be given.

• Your shipping and billing address must match or your order will be canceled and a refund will be given.

• Before your order is canceled you will receive a text notifying you. If a response is not received within 24 hours, your order will be canceled completely and a refund will be issued.

All strips are hand-made and has a production time of about 1-5 days. Please purchase hand-made strips ahead of time if you are purchasing for an event or certain day. Being that these strip lashes are hand-made please be careful and maintain them for long-lasting wear. When ordering be mindful of the sets that you choose, I am not responsible for incorrect placement, length and etc if not specified.

• Do they fall out like extensions? No, but they are fragile and if not taken care of properly can fall apart or become damaged.

• Are they all the same length? No, unless you have specified for a certain length all strips are mixed with different lengths and curls. 

• How to apply strips? You can adjust strips to fit your eye by cutting them but I am not responsible for damages. If you are looking for a mega-volume look, I would suggest doubling your lashes. You can use any lash glue that you desire but I do not recommend hair glue! Place the strips to fit your eye shape and insure that the glue is dry before placement.
